Retreat Cost Breakdown

All Registrants will pay the following:

  • $20 Registration fee
  • $63 per person food costs (3 Cafeteria meals and 2 meals we will cook or order out. Some allergens considered. We will list options and more details on meals on the website)
  • ROOM COST (select from the four options below)
  • TOTAL (a 25% deposit is due now, however, full payment up front is greatly appreciated!)

All registrations are non-refundable. Full payments is due upon registration.

Airfare and transportation from the airport are the individual’s responsibility. Please choose DFW Airport (not Love Field) if possible – DFW is significantly closer to the retreat location. We hope to run a shuttle, or Uber which is approximately $30-40 each way. Once you book your travel arrangements, you can let us know at at: saabigbookstudyintergroup@gmail.com. That way we can coordinate rides with others and arrange local people to help pick up.

Room Options

Rooms are limited in number!  We encourage registration as soon as possible to reserve your room.  Local hotels are nearby as well, with individuals responsible for their transportation to and from the retreat center.

Peace Bunk House (men only)

36 total beds available (bunkbeds with shared bathroom. Peace Bunk House is it’s own individual building, with a shared kitchen used by all who register)

Please note: pillows, linens, and toiletries are not provided in the dorms. *Trash bags and toilet paper will be provided.*

  • $35/night for lodging.

  • Total due (includes food and registration) = $153

Angel “Hotel” Room

28 rooms available, 2 full size beds per room with bathroom. Angel Rooms are in their own separate building which includes a Meeting Room.

Provided in the hotel rooms are sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, washcloths, and bath mats.

  • $107/night for lodging

  • Total due (includes food and registration fee) = $297

No room reserved

Lodging is off-site either at a local hotel or for local residents.  Also includes a limited number of RV/campsites on site, which can be reserved on your own through Camp Copass
